Lord, am I up to it?
I want to be a lawyer.
I'm not even sure if that's
what I want to be,
what I like,
or what I can be good at.
I just feel that maybe this is the right job for me.
I'm facing a huge dilemma right now,
I really don't want to make the wrong career choice.
Lord, only you know what I should be.
I'm grateful that you've been holding me by my hand,
and leading me through my ups and downs in life all this while,
always there paving my way, so I never worry.
But now, I just pray that you will
show me the way and lead me to it, soon.
Because without you before me, I'm lost.
I promise I'll glorify your name wherever I go.
